I recently got diagnosed with DID and realizing how absolutely disjointed my life is.

Reading other people's experiences online just don't feel realistic despite how prevalent it is in my life.

My whole life I didn't have words to describe how I've felt or things I experienced and now that I do, I realized just how severe it is.
