It varies by city, but there are certainly plenty of incentives. We get generous stipends (which have been increasing every few years), free Pre-K, free healthcare through elementary, and there's even more if you go full broodmare and have 3+ kids back-to-back. They're even offering university compensation. Of course, my comparison is the States, which is a hellscape. Maybe this all pales in comparison to some European countries.
