The problem with Freedom Blue is the uptime is especially bad on Jane since her EX cost 60, and duration is 8 seconds.

Using Swing Jazz on Jane with Yuzuha donating her Chain attack means 15 seconds of uptime per 23 seconds. That's 66% uptime, bretty good.

Now that w ha mor play time with Yuzuha, I have a question.

Is it a DPS loss to swap in Yuzua to deal som basic attacks and some dodge counters and so on?
Or is it just kind of neutral?
