Dark-Chaos. He sided with demons, and while superficially he fits Law and it's 1984 vibes, he's pretty explicit in his desire for conflict and interesting things to record. A Law-ruled world would be horrible for filmaking, while the might-makes-right and constant movement of a Chaos-ruled one is awesome.

For Arcana, I was going to say Lovers or Devil, but it's probably closer to Moon.
