LITERALLY wrong! Dulcinea Rodion is an incredible ID that not only buffs others but has great clash power and damage, Devyat Rodya was a high damage and solid rupture ID before Si came around which is a crazy strong rupture ID with an aoe S3. I could go on about how Dieci was a really strong solo ID and how arguably the only outclassed ID's she's had are literally her first 000's (KK and Rosespanner are atrociously bad these days)

She has important character moments in the most recent Canto when Qiu is questioning Hong Lu she makes a few remarks, TKT is basically an event about her, it's building suspense for her spotlight because Rodion is so great she's special and she's the best sinner
