Germany's labor shortages aren't caused by lazy immigrants they're caused by decades of low birth rates and an aging population. Almost 20% of the population are immigrants, and they fill real gaps in hospitals, logistics, tech, and skilled trades. Without them, hospitals would close wards, supermarkets would run empty, and factories would grind to a halt.
Also your "boomers can be handled easily if immigrants weren't here" argument ignores demographics: Germany's fertility rate is ~1.3, well below replacement. Even if every non-German suddenly disappeared, you'd still have empty nursing homes and empty shelves. Immigrants aren't the problem. they're literally propping up the system you're whining about.
