Tested it out with (top) and without (bottom) derivative dmg emblem and the ticks from the coffin are the same so it may be useless on her.
Maybe the shurikens and darts from Nanoha/clones use it?

Most confusing part is that there is Derivative Crit Rate too, so would that make normal crit rate useless on projectile type skills?
