Learn to focus your crosshair with intention. Focus your eyes on the center of ur screen whilst simultaneously taking everything into consideration
In tactical shooters, a lot of 'aim' comes from the third eye. Utilising sound cues, call outs, common angles, deductions and movement will help secure easier kills but not in the sense of 'raw aim'.
For improving raw aim you need to practice aim drills and spam deathmatch. Play death match with the goal of getting as high as KD and HS % as possible.

I think doing over 30-60 mins of aim trainer is overkill but to each their own. As long as there is immersion and deliberation, then it will be quality practice.
