Dont know what to do. Im doing a 1500kcal a day diet but im having a hard time knowing what to cook. Ive pretty much just ended up making something like (meat)+(carbs) for lunch and eating something like cereal for breakfast. I've become pretty bored of eating the same shit for weeks. The problem i have with recipes is that when you use the scaling function to scale servings it turns into absolute shit. Would doing meal prep work better? I was thinking of switching cereal to overnight oats and then eating meal prep once or twice a day for lunch and dinner
