If you're using Twitter I'm pretty sure you'll only see porn in your search results if you've interacted with a fair amount of nsfw posts and you have your content filters set to let it through. I get zero porn whatsoever, the closest is breikka art. I searched Illari and got nothing close to nsfw after scrolling for 3 minutes.
