is there a way to rewatch each mech intro?

What is the point of this game? What do you actually do? Is there some long term objective/story?
All the videos I see are jizzing over how "fun" it is and talking about rerolling and autismomaxxing stat screens. WHAT is the actual objective of the game? Where is the player agency beyond choosing stats to passively upgrade?
I played gacha like Honkai and Genshin where it's clear what the player can do and why you might want to roll (solo Noelle btw), but nobody explains what the point of these horsegirls is.
