SCOTUS ruled that there was nothing wrong with Amazon holding workers after their shifts for a half hour long security check without paying them. And this was 10 years ago, before it was totally stuffed with Trump people.

At this point maybe they shouldn't even go through the motions. Just rubber-stamp whatever corporations want.
