Even at low frame rates higher refresh rates are still better.
At 240hz you don't really need Vsync or Gsync anymore because the screen simply refreshes too quickly for noticeable tearing to occur.

YES EVEN AT 30 FPS, BECAUSE FPS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH REFRESH RATE.

Also 240hz is objectively the best refresh rate because it is divisible by 24, 30, 60 and 120.
