Kris definitely likes her, he has fun with her doing his own actions on his own volition unless and his reactions to see Susie and Ralsei die in the game is of discomfort. Susie definitely does know us more than Kris though I think, or rather the line is blurred since she isn't aware of what we are and only recently questioned our presence.

It's the first time Susie truly notices us, and then the whole Titan thing finally makes her question us. I really wonder how this will play out in later chapters. It's weird seeing it acknowledged at all.
