Oda has literally been showcasing Luffy, Zoro's and Usopp's genuine dissaproval of current Elbaf's pacifist ways. He even hinted towards this current theme back during WCI with Jarul stating that they must not forget that they are warriors, even if peaceful trad is all well and good.
