I like the 'shopping list' items a lot more, because you get to visit new areas and do questlines you might have missed. I didn't mind the Nulgath/Legion stuff because it wasn't anywhere near as bad as NSoD - you could get any 'goal' finished in less than a week, not within 5-6 months.
