Small bit of what I've been buying lately. Got the 8206 soldering station for $24 on sale and it's pretty nice. Heats up to 480C in like 15 seconds and the fan speed for the rework gun is controllable. The iron stand is also made of aluminum and the gun shuts off automatically when docked. Very nice.

The solder in picrel is garbage and the "solder paste" is solid and has to be scraped out and melted to act as flux, unfortunately.

The cheapo KZ buds are great as usual. I think I have every variant of the EDX line and the Dawns now, all for like $3 each.
The metric crowsfeet are okay but the standard ones are garbage, covered in part lines and thick burrs. I made a holder for them out of a length of 3/8" keystock with tapped holes at work.
The center punch, multimeter lead holder and leads, 4-way panel key, and long nib markets also went to work.

I replaced the thumbsticks and USB-C modded two of my PS4 controllers and they work great now. I only really needed a circlular needle file to modify the shell, unlike most tutorials where they used knives and dremels.

I used one of the junky 5-8W USB ones for a while lol. They're so weak that the tips basically don't oxidize, and it takes a few minutes of waiting each time I would try to melt solder.

My coworker bought the same dremel and yeah it sucked. If you're a burger and not too cheap, I have a harbor freight Bauer 8V cordless one and it's fantastic. Wait a while for a coupon and you can get it for $40. One of my best tools at work for cutting and sanding parts at work.
