Cubabro: A naked child

I travelled to Cebu because I had to pay the immigration GoyTax. I was walking near Ayala, and I stopped underneath an overpass to smoke a cigarette. As I was lighting the cigarette, a naked little girl, aged about 3 years old, ran up to me and hugged me. She didn't say anything, she just smiled and hugged my leg, then she ran back to what I assume where her parents/caretakers. I continued on my walk, and I briefly turned back around, and when I did, the older woman had the little girl by her hair and was smacking her in the face. She had a plastic cup in her hand.....I guess she was trying to coach the girl how to beg.

A part of me wanted to violently assault that pig of a woman, but I thought about my own 2 daughter's in the hotel across the street. Not worth it to make trouble so close to "home base". So instead, I just brought my daughter a happy meal , and i shed a tear as she played with the cheap plastic toy that came with it
