Monthly since the start, battle pass when I have someone I want coming soon. I also got that bundle with 10 weapons and 10 character pulls in the anniversary and the 10 dollars topup once. I always use galaxy store coupons though, so I paid a little less (possibly not even 60 dollars total yet).
