And I know, I'm biased and I'm being unfair, but I do think that a woman's breasts are technically also a part of her genitalia (if not biologically, at least in terms of symbolism) and I would feel slightly uncomfortable if I saw a girl around wearing scantily clothing if there's like, kids around. It's different if it's an adult environment, a party, a meetup, going out at night, but I feel like being too lewd in public is disrespectful to others.
I personally don't care if other people dress like they came out of a BDSM club, but I just feel like some things are better kept for yourself, y'know?
