Actual non-cope answer: that guy is a low level. He probably clicked on that flag to claim it and it got automatically assigned to him and he didn’t even realize it and doesn’t know how to get rid of it. That’s actually most likely what happened there. Those flags are free so if he clicked on them just to get them off his screen, they then got selected and he didn’t select the default flag back.
