>1. they unironically believe they're "affirming" trannies
>2. they don't like it but they're scared of being canceled and banned from hospitals if they refuse to do these surgeries
>3. they know it's fucked up and do it out of spite because they know trannies are more likely to kill themselves after seeing how butchered their bodies are
