You can do it together with rodya and tdon, if you can replace their skills to give them 2 s3s then only 1 is enough. Reminder that you can't let it expire, it has has to be proc'd by a skill to count for the damage cheevo.
Here is me easily hitting 35k even though Don went first on the second turn, I could have easily reached 70k here if she was last.

She went first so I missed out on an entire turn worth of damage, probably would have been a +70k damage screenshot but I wasn't gonna keep resetting for that. But yeah, without any funky stuff at all the 15k damage is extremely free for tremor if you're having issues with it.
