I love 3rd Strike, but it doesn't have my main in it, so I'm forced to either play 6 (which isn't dead), 2X (which is janky) or Alpha 3 (which feels like an anime fighter). When I do play 3s, I play Akuma. He's pretty fun.
Maybe I should give Alpha 3 another shot...
