You've spent ages on this board complaining that Ms. Cream "dilutes" Ms. Amy's character. You've whined about how Sonic X gave all of Ms. Amy's supposed "sweet" traits to Ms. Cream, leaving Ms. Amy as just the angry one. Please don't pretend you haven't.
The problem isn't Ms. Cream. It was never Cream's fault. The problem is that Ms. Amy had no character to ruin in the first place.
Outside of her strangely obsessive, life-derailing, and lovesick chase for Sonic, what is she?
Her friendship with Ms. Cream is entirely unexplored. Her friendship with Mr. Big is a gag that ended after one game. In the games, her entire character revolves around Sonic.

Ms. Cream shows up in Advance 2 and immediately has more going for her. She's polite, she loves adventure, and she takes initiative to save her own mother. She's an actual character, not just an accessory to the main hero's plot.
You're upset because Ms. Cream's existence highlights just how shallow Ms. Amy is. You want to steal Ms. Cream's kind adventurous personality and staple it onto Ms. Amy because Ms. Amy doesn't have a personality outside of her big heart for Mr. Sonic. You're the one who wants to effectively 'shelf' Ms. Cream by making Ms. Amy into a carbon copy of her.
Please stop blaming a well-written character for highlighting the flaws in a poorly written one. I hate to be rude, but... it just shows how filtered you are by developer commentary and secondary media like shogakukan.
