Dragon Quest X Offline and Dragon Quest Walk. I don't know if the change got rolled over into the main Dragon Quest X, but it was already there for Offline, and neither of those games have got (or will ever get) a western release.
And for the female warrior, her design has been censored for ages. Big game release that had it censored was Terry's Wonderland 3D, and that change extended to Of The Stars.
