Basically what happened is in America, because of the 500 nuclear bomb detonations, everyone lost their souls and were turned into people that are going to topple the world's order of democracy, which is ironic because the very same souls that nuked the world were beings that replaced the humans and were beings that the robots sent to cause the nuclear bombs.
