lol no. The Israeli policy was called "mowing the lawn" which meant massacring a few civilians every couple of months to try and keep the population down. Just a bit of light genocide now and then, no big deal.
In any event, since Israel is illegally occupying Palestine, Gazans have every right to oppose them, while every action Israel takes is illegal.
