Wouldn't make sense but Bobby did mention he took a pay cut in order to get part ownership of the restaurant. But it's expected the restaurant won't actually turn a profit for like another year and a half since they need to build up a customer base. Until then Bobby won't see any profit on his ownership of the restaurant so he's getting paid the same as his employee Emilio which apparently isn't a lot.

Like half the show is Hank and his friends while the other half is Bobby starting a small business and having relationship troubles.
