Hey /adv/, it was my b-day recently, and because of it I started reminiscing and got a bit down in the dumps. I mostly remember people who were once part of my life and aren't anymore (I took the desition of distancing myself from them after being wronged). I find this is a recurring issue, and on top of that, I still cross paths with them, and even though we don't talk, whenever that happens I feel slightly anxious.
I would appreciate any advice you may have.
