Right, and the trolley (from the "Trolley problem") isn't killing anyone RIGHT NOW, but it will kill someone in the future.
Just because the egg isn't a person now, by destroying it now you are stopping it from becoming that person in the future.
The end result, "lack of person", will be the same no matter at what moment that action is taken, whether as an egg or if you waited for them to be born and they killed them at that moment.
End result is the same. Destroying a fertilized, healthy egg is destroying a future person.
