No.
Start in Stalker mode, with reduced movement speed and TR.
Allows stalking.
Ctrl to toggle to Pursuer mode.
Standard movement speed and larger TR.
Cannot Stalk.

Getting enough stalk meter in stalker mode autosnaps you to Pursuer mode.
Pressing Ctrl will now activate Evil Incarnate.

No longer gives you the Exposed status and instead gives you a fuck huge dash slop lunge you must charge.
Increased vault, break and stun recovery speed baked in.

Tuft of hair gives you old EW3 status back and removes the dashslop entirely.

Tombstone animation built in for anyone on death hook while Evil Incarnate is active.

Played a few rounds of him and it feels like a step forwards step back sort of situation.
The lunge can be cumbersome to use at some angles, and toggling between modes has a cool down when it absolutely shouldn't and activating Evil Incarnate plays a dumb little animation that slows you which also feels shit.

They brought back the hanger SFX from his release so I guess that's nice enough.
