You know, if they want to help equalize Solo Survivor vs SWF and encourage killers to hook, one of the biggest and obvious changes would be to nerf saves.
Getting saved puts you in Deep Wounds, maybe with Haemorrage/Mangle. Barely affects solo Q survivors who very rarely land saves. Buffs killer against SWFs and encourages spreading hooks over slugging

When it comes to slowdown, people used PainRes, Surge, even Eruption on kick builds were used because they're basically thoughtless and without timewastes.
Now that we're all forced to use pop, because everything in addition was gutted, we have to look at who is most affected.

What's the point to playing Killer now?

As someone who's never stopped using borrowed time I like how they keep buffing it because it's just gotten stronger with every iteration. 42 seconds of endurance and haste is kind of insane, especially for endgame. It's just a free escape at that point, but so is 30 seconds basekit...I don't know, I feel like this is a case where a basekit effect has completely made the perk irrelevant? Like, borrowed time is stronger than ever but it FEELS like there's no reason to use it now? I don't know how to feel about it.

this killer seems not that bad actually but pretty unintuitive
head form does nothing in a chase if the survivor is not leeched. in fact it's a little worse than nothing, it does a little bit, so you might end up thinking that this is how you're supposed to apply leech. 3 fucking hits to apply leech is batshit. it should either do nothing or apply full leech, it's in a weird middle ground that's easily misleading.

understanding that, the killer actually feels pretty smooth and solid. tag in body form, chase in head form. head rush can be used like wraith to body block pallets/vaults. the high third-person perspective makes a lot of tiles really easy to play. there's a decent incentive to interact with the side-objective. this killer also flows very well with the anti-tunnel measures, being able to fly into a different chase right away.
seems like a pretty sizeable failure in communicating the gameplay idea of the killer. the actual design is fun once you understand it, but you have to either happen to stumble upon it or see someone talk about it in order to understand what you're supposed to do

The issue is the trigger condition honestly, exultation is 'balanced' despite also giving 3 medkits because you need to stun the killer for it. The locker repair one I forget the name of is """"balanced"""" (it's not desu but survivoids aren't smart enough to abuse it) because it eats up your lime efficiency hiding in a locker. 'After repairing % of a generator' is the worst choice of trigger conditions because it's something you were ALREADY doing and now you get enhanced efficiency from perks giving you freebies. Then the issue is however, that all the side objectives fucking suck and are actively griefing to engage with most of the time (dull totems, chests).
