Kasen scales to Suika shattering the heavens (at the Lowest of lowballs heaven is still bigger than Jupiter) and creating black holes.
She also scales to Sumireko who singlehandedly was capable of destroying the great hakurei Barrier that separates Gensokyo from our world
And since she is a sage (or maybe Ibaraki Douji is the sage? I don't remember if we ever got that detail) she was involved in the creation of Gensokyo as we know it, and Gensokyo itself (without taking anything else into account) should be at the very least Island sized.
And to top it all off with her hermit powers Kasen can create Senkais, basically pocket dimensions that can hold their own celestial bodies like Moons and Stars inside them.
