It's dumb how 4 randomly starts with Alabasta and is then mostly about shitty post-timeskip arcs like Dressrosa and Wano, two of the worst and most boring arcs in One Piece. And then it invests time and resources in forgotten retard characters like this. That they finally add Enel is nice but obviously too late.
