Looking at the RadBrad footage, I am struck by the fact that they really did reveal the game too early. It was very unpolished visually back in late 2023/early 2023. It looks very slick now. I'm actually surprised by how good a lot of the facial animation is. It's not as good as the facial animation of a game with direct facial mocap, but it's very solid.
