I went from 600 sc to 1000 in about 3.5 hours.

Every FUCKING TIME I stop to do an Assault in Progress some civilian takes a single point of damage from an EMP or something and I get a 1 star police bounty.

There's like one build in the game that doesn't have aoe damage and it's the cool throwables build and that's assuming you don't throw grenades.
