bro trust it's the quickest most nutrient dense meal you can get. I also throw in some beet powder in there but I kind of scaled back because the new brand I got was sourced in china so I presume it's filled with lead.

the peanut butter masks it. I've been using this everything nut butter which is pretty great. I try to use cashew butter or something cleaner than peanuts since they are filled with pesticides in burgerland and overall just not great.
