Reroll guide for PC
>install and play the PC client until you (don't) get what you want from pulls (1-5 unlocks mail rewards)
>close the game and run "registry editor" on windows
>look for "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Nova\Silver and Blood"
>delete the Silver and Blood folder
>launch the game with a fresh guest account

BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT DELETE THE WRONG FOLDER
