wha what? i thought these things were kill in the cold war? why did they scrap them anyway? 海怪? sea monster? are they testing that for the military? as mobile as a plane, yet stuck to the surface of the sea. can probably avoid the new anti-ship missiles AND submarine kamikaze drones/speedboats from that fucking millenium challenge wargame decades ago. very interesting.
