I think there should of have a time limit, essentially if the redeemed sinner sins again then the soul becomes unstable and annihilates itself.
maybe even have more realms than just heaven and hell, like a dream realm and a virtual realm.

thats actually the best case scenario...if heaven finds out then he will start a war between 2 realms and the greatest massacre of sinners and redeemed sinners in history, singlehandedly destroying charlie's dream and heaven never trusting hell again.
charlie will see herself as scum itself but she wouldn't sacrifice her dream for the fuck up of a hellborn, after all dodging responsibility for her actions is in her blood...still charlie will feel like a fraud afterwards and see her dream as a fake reality.
and blitzo will be enslaved and brutally tortured by charlie for daring to destroy her fantasy and covering his ass.
