1. Pedophilia is sexual attraction towards people who have not reached puberty yet. Therefore, if puberty has been reached, it is no longer pedophilia.
Puberty begins between the ages 8 and 13 for girls and 9 and 14 for boys.

2. There is absolutely nothing wrong with people having a good time if nobody is being hurt in any way.
You cannot claim that an act is wrong when no one is being harmed in any way (be it psychologically, physically, financially, etc.)
