Barbarians of Lemuria - either Legendary or Mythic edition. They come with a setting baked in that you need not use.
Everywhen - a fork/elaboration on BoL. It's even more genericized than BoL.
Sword & Sorcery Codex - not a stand alone system, but a content expander for both of the above systems, worth getting if you like either of those systems.
Savage Worlds - Decent system for pulpy s&s adventures. Not really built for dungeon crawls, per se.
D&D B/X is also just fine for running generic swords & sorcery.
