*Ahem*

> Police charge Bane's armed army in a straight line with handguns.
Agreed, but I always assumed that the gesture was meant to be more symbolic than literal.
> Batman saves the day with no clear explanation of how he returned from the pit or re-armed.
Because he’s Batman.
> Talia stabs Batman after driving him to Bane instead of killing him earlier.
“I want him to feel the heat.”
> Talia explains her plan in detail while the bomb is still active.
“It’s the knife that waits that hurts the most”
> Batman leaves Bane alive in front of Catwoman instead of finishing him.
“If you rape a rapist, the numbers of rapists in the world stays the same.”
- Joker 2, Folie a Deux
> Catwoman suddenly kills Bane with the Batpod's cannons.
“About the no guns thing? I don’t feel as strongly about it as you do.”
> Miranda/Talia dies instantly from a mild truck crash with awkward delivery.
Agreed.
> The bomb has a precise timer visible to all—like a movie prop.
To be fair, it is a movie and the audience reds to know how much time is left without Morgan Freeman telling Bruce every minute.
> Batman drags a live nuclear bomb with no shielding out over Gotham.
It’s either that or everyone blows up.
> Bruce supposedly survives the nuclear blast by flying away in 'The Bat'.
Because he’s Batman.
> Fox 'discovers' autopilot was fixed after the nuke already went off.
I don’t think this is a plot hole. It had adequate foreshadowing and payoff.
> Bruce leaves Gotham with no explanation of new identity or resources.
Because he’s Batman.
> Blake quits the police in frustration then just inherits the Batcave.
It wasn’t frustration, he realized that Gordon was right and Bruce saw it coming.
