Whisper is salvageable, you guys just don't care to see it happen. But it's absolutely possible. The biggest problem with Whisper is that she got heavily mischaracterized by Evan starting from issue 50.

The power of Evan. The document that was floating around months ago pointed it out, but Whisper used to be more cautious and less retarded. She used to be an actual sniper, but for whatever reason Evan turned her into a tard that rushes into things and fights with a hammer instead shooting people from high up like earlier issues. The way she is written now is completely antithetical to her position as a sniper.
Not only that, all this blubbering Evan makes her do is nonsense when you remember Whisper is a character that SOLOED through WAR and was competent enough despite her trauma. She should have never gotten to the lows Evan wrote her to in pic rel
