I've been stagnating for a while on all my lifts and I don't really know what to do.
>Mon: Squats/Pullups/Bench/Biceps/Triceps
>Tues: Threshold cycling
>Wed: Cooldown run
>Thurs: VO2 Max or Threshold Cycling
>Fri: OHP/Deadlifts(Shrugs, alternate every week)/Squats/Face Pulls
>Sat: Bench/Shoulder Work/Biceps/Triceps
>Sun: Long Run
I used to be able to bench for 225 and Squat for 285 but now they both seem significantly heavy if I get to that weight where my lifts are now at 185 bench and Squat 225. I'm a bit embarrassed. Feels like I'm never well rested or I just don't have that power or something just feels off so even at low weights I'm shaking all over the place. Never really happened before.
