It might be too early for me to say, but the new non EX+ missions are super simple thankfully. I've been spending all my time up here grinding fishing so far hehe. One little tip though is that the relics still need level 1-4 research points, and you can still earn them on Sinus Ardorum with the boosted rates from having multiple relics finished! Phaenna still requires level 5 points though, so you can't abuse it tooooo much.
Overall, everseek tools should be just fine, the jump from everseek to gold thumb isn't as wonderful as you might hope :/
