I met the toadies once, I was in college and the apartment I was staying at was like 2 streets away from a shitty little bar with a rip off dollar store next to it and I would hop a fence and squeeze through the alley to get to it, jumped it one day and they were standing there drinking getting ready for a show, they asked me if I wanted a beer but I wasn't really all that familiar with them and I had a night class so said thanks but no and walked away
