It's literally always been like this. Hell we were playing SF2 over a decade before they "officially" finished the last 3%. You think it's just dead, that they don't give a fuck because nothing is by the books. Then the senile bastard resuscitates it last second for another humiliation ritual. He can't do it, it's like putting down an old dog to him.
