Honestly, I don’t know why Haru Urara still bothers, she’s the squibby head of the track, clopping around with that vacant optimism like it’s a personality trait. Every other horse racks up wins while she racks up pity claps and snack carrots, and she still struts back to her stable as if “trying hard” is some kind of accomplishment. She’s basically allergic to finishing lines, always missing golden opportunities because she’s too busy looking dazed and “relatable” for her sad little fan club. No amount of pastel saddle pads or cutesy “never give up!” nonsense is going to hide the fact that she’s a career loser, aging into an old nag with nothing to show for it but the longest L streak in racing history.
